Starters:

Juan Brito (2B): 0-for-1, 2 BBs, DP - Brito was able to reach base twice in the game despite not putting the ball in play. His batting average is down to .100 this spring (1-for-10).

Petey Halpin (CF): 0-for-3, E8F - Not a day to remember for Halpin after he went hitless and committed an error that led to an extra run for the Brewers.

Reserves:

Jorge Burgos (RF): 2-for-2, 2 R, 2 HRs, 3 RBIs - Burgos slugged a solo homerun to lead off the seventh inning and then left the yard once more in the ninth for a two-run bomb to bring the Guardians to within two. He now has 11 total bases in the last three plate appearances. His homeruns were tracked at 106 and 104 mph and the first traveled 414 feet.

Milan Tolentino (PR-SS): 1-for-2, 2 R, HR, RBI - Tolentino followed up Burgos with a homerun in the ninth, and it was an absolute missile. His blast was hit 455 feet and nearly hit 110 mph off the bat. It was the longest homerun of the day and just missed the top five in best exit velocity in baseball on Sunday.

Micah Pries (1B): 1-for-2, RBI - It wasn’t as flashy as the longballs from his predecessors in the order, but Pries showed a clutch gene with a game-tying hit in the midst of a four-run ninth.

Khalil Watson (CF): 1-for-2, R - Watson singled and scored in the ninth inning of Sunday’s tie after squeaking one up the middle.

Joe Lampe (PR-LF): 0-for-2 - Despite an 0-for-2 day, Lampe had the hardest hit ball of the game at 110 mph, but it was spiked into the ground (.440 expected batting average).

Kody Huff (PH): 0-for-0, R, BB - Huff drew a walk in his only plate appearance.

Travis Bazzana (2B): 0-for-2 - An 0-for-2 day for Bazzana, including a ninth-inning at-bat as the game’s tying run.

Will Wilson (3B): 0-for-3 - Three strikeouts on a day to forget for Wilson.

Jose Devers (PR): 0-for-0 - Devers entered as a ninth-inning pinch runner but the game ends on the next at-bat.

Relievers:

Magnus Ellerts (RP): 0.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BBs, K, WP - Ellerts was able to record a strikeout on Jackson Chourio in his relief appearance that featured three whiffs on the cutter.

Allen Hernandez (RP): 0.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BBs, K - Hernandez topped out at 96 mph on the radar gun and punched out Jorge Alfaro.

Bradley Hanner (RP): 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BBs, 0 Ks - Hanner did a solid job of locating and got swings on pitches on the edge or outside the strike zone.

Tanner Burns (RP): 1.1 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 2 BBs, K - Burns surrendered runs in the eighth and ninth innings, including a two-run bomb by former Cleveland prospect Raynel Delgado.

Nick Mikolajchak (RP): 0.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BBs, 0 Ks - A caught stealing and groundout got the Guardians out of a jam for Mikolajchak out of the bullpen.
