DeLauter hits first AFL homer of 2024

Highlights:

Chase DeLauter (DH, Surprise): 2-for-5, 2 R, HR, 3 RBIs, BB - A 109mph first inning two-run bomb for DeLauter highlighted his day for Surprise and he would add a 105 mph RBI single that sparked a six-run third inning. He added a walk to his ledger as well for good measure.

Alexfri Planez (RF, Tigres): 1-for-3, R, HR, RBI, BB - A two-run solo homerun capped off a six-run bottom of the fifth inning. He would also draw a walk to reach base twice in the contest.

Notable Performances:

Milan Tolentino (SS, Surprise): 0-for-3, 2 R, 2 BBs, SB, DP - Tolentino was hitless, but draw a pair of walks, stole a base and was a part of a double play defensively.
