Highlights:
CF Yerlin Luis (ACL Guardians): 2-for-3, 2B, 3 RBIs, SB - A two-run double from the 18-year-old propelled the ACL Guardians to a 6-2 lead in the fifth inning and those runs were required after the ACL Rangers answered with three runs in the top of the sixth. An infield single scored a run early in the game as well for his first three RBI game of the season.
DH Jose Marcano (DSL Mendoza): 1-for-3, RBI, BB, SF - The 18-year-old who served as the designated hitter in Monday’s loss was the only man in the lineup to deliver two RBIs. His single in the top of the third put the team ahead 2-0 and he had a sacrifice fly in the fifth that put the lead back up to two. He now has hits in six of his last seven games.
3B Yelserth Ayala (DSL Mendoza): 1-for-2, 2 R, BB, HBP, SB - The switch-hitting Ayala reached base three times and came around to score for two of the team’s three runs. He scored after he was hit by a pitch in the third, then led off the fifth with a walk and added a single in the ninth. It is already the second time in five games that he has reached base three times.
SP Miguel Flores (DSL Goryl): 4.1 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 3 BBs, 8 Ks, PO, WP - The left-hander Flores worked into the fifth scoreless on the bump and was able to strikeout eight - not even his season-high which is nine. He has been able to miss bats but has had slight control issues after walking three again on Monday. He was able to diversify his baserunners throughout the game to keep the zero on the scoreboard.
3B Luis De La Cruz (DSL Goryl): 3-for-4, R, HR, 2 RBIs, SB - It is the first three-hit performance of the season for the 17-year-old, but he has hit safely in 11 of 13 games and in each of the last seven contests. Along with getting on base three times, De La Cruz also slugged his second homerun, a solo shot in the bottom of the fifth. He plated a run with a single earlier in the game as well.
C Santiago Ustariz (DSL Goryl): 2-for-3, 2 R, RBI, BB, SB - The 17-year-old left-handed hitting catcher got on base three times in the team’s win on Monday. He had a pair of hits, highlighted by his run-scoring line drive single in the fourth. In his first professional season, the Venezuelan has shown a keen eye at the dish with nine walks in his last nine days.

SS Yaikel Mijares (ACL Guardians): 1-for-3, 2 R, RBI, BB, DP - The leadoff man Mijares reached base twice and came around to score both times. He set up a three-run frame with his RBI single in the fifth.
LF Barrett Riebock (ACL Guardians): 1-for-2, R, HBP, Outfield assist - Along with reaching base twice, Riebock was responsible for throwing a runner out at home from left field, a run that would prove to be vital in a one-run rain-shortened victory.
SP Keegan Zinn (ACL Guardians): 4.0 IP, 2 H, 2 R, BB, 5 Ks - Aside from a solo homerun, it was a solid outing for the 19-year-old. The other run scored on a double play ball and five strikeouts ties his season high.
SS Gabriel Rodriguez (DSL Mendoza): 1-for-3, R, RBI, BB - The first run of the game was off the bat of Rodriguez when he smacked a line drive single to left. His nine RBIs leads the team.

RP Algeni Mejia (DSL Mendoza): H (1), 2.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BBs, 5 Ks - Five of the seven outs recorded by the 19-year-old left-hander came on strikes. Opponents went hitless against the southpaw in his relief appearance, his most effective of the year thus far.
RP Wagner Castillo (DSL Goryl): W (1-1), 1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BBs, K - Castillo was able to leave both inherited runners stranded in the fifth and worked a 1-2-3 sixth inning to claim the victory on the mound.
